টিউটর একাডেমিয়া (www.tutoracademia.com) ওয়েবসাইটে আপনাকে স্বাগত। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট করা, কোনো কোর্স, বই বা ই-বুক কেনা এবং আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণ করার অর্থ হলো আপনি আমাদের এই 'শর্তাবলি' বা Terms & Conditions-এর সাথে সম্পূর্ণ একমত। অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের পূর্বে নিচের শর্তগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।

১. ব্যবহারকারী ও অ্যাকাউন্ট:

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে কোর্স বা সেবা কিনতে হলে আপনাকে আপনার সঠিক তথ্য (নাম, সচল মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল) দিয়ে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে।
অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড এবং লগিন তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার।
একাধিক ব্যবহারকারী: একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট কেবল একজন ব্যবহারকারীর জন্যই প্রযোজ্য। নিজের অ্যাকাউন্টের আইডি-পাসওয়ার্ড অন্য কারও সাথে শেয়ার করা বা একাধিক ডিভাইসে ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিয়মবহির্ভূত।

২. মেধা স্বত্ব ও কপিরাইট (Intellectual Property):

টিউটর একাডেমিয়ার ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সমস্ত কনটেন্ট (যেমন: ভিডিও ক্লাস, পিডিএফ, ই-বুক, লেকচার শিট, বইয়ের ডিজাইন, লোগো এবং ওয়েবসাইটের টেক্সট) সম্পূর্ণভাবে টিউটর একাডেমিয়ার নিজস্ব সম্পদ।
আমাদের কোনো ভিডিও বা পিডিএফ অনুমতি ছাড়া ডাউনলোড করা, স্ক্রিন রেকর্ড করা, অন্য কোনো ওয়েবসাইট, ইউটিউব, ফেসবুক বা টেলিগ্রাম গ্রুপে শেয়ার করা বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে বিক্রি করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

কপিরাইট আইন অমান্য করলে বা পাইরেসির কোনো প্রমাণ পাওয়া গেলে আমরা বিনা নোটিশে আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে বাধ্য থাকব।

৩. কোর্স ক্রয় ও পেমেন্ট:

কোর্স, বই বা ই-বুক কেনার সময় আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, কার্ড ইত্যাদি) ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে।
টিউটর একাডেমিয়া যেকোনো সময় কোর্স বা সেবার মূল্য, ছাড় (Discount) বা অফার পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।

৪. অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল বা সাসপেনশন:

নিচের যেকোনো কারণে কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই টিউটর একাডেমিয়া আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টটি স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল বা ব্যান করার অধিকার রাখে (এক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না):

যদি আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অ্যাক্সেস অন্য কারও সাথে শেয়ার করেন।
ওয়েবসাইটের ভিডিও বা পিডিএফ পাইরেসি করার চেষ্টা করেন বা অবৈধ টুলস/স্ক্রিন রেকর্ডিং অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করেন।
আমাদের কোনো শিক্ষক, সাপোর্ট টিম মেম্বার, অ্যাডমিন বা অন্য কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর সাথে অশালীন, আপত্তিকর বা সম্মানহানিকর আচরণ করেন।

৫. রিফান্ড পলিসি:

কোর্স বা ম্যাটেরিয়াল ক্রয়ের পর রিফান্ড পেতে হলে আপনাকে আমাদের নির্ধারিত 'রিফান্ড পলিসি' অনুসরণ করতে হবে। (বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি (Refund Policy) পেজটি ভিজিট করতে পারেন)।

৬. সেবার পরিবর্তন ও পরিবর্ধন:

শিক্ষার্থীদের সর্বোচ্চ মানসম্মত সেবা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে টিউটর একাডেমিয়া যেকোনো সময় কোনো কোর্সের সিলেবাস, ক্লাসের সময়সূচি, প্রশিক্ষক বা ওয়েবসাইটের যেকোনো ফিচার পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ রাখার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৭. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন:

প্রয়োজন সাপেক্ষে টিউটর একাডেমিয়া এই শর্তাবলি (Terms & Conditions) যেকোনো সময় আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। পরিবর্তিত শর্তগুলো ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করার সাথে সাথেই কার্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।

3. Course Purchase and Payment:

When purchasing a course, book, or e-book, payments must be made using the authorized payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Cards, etc.) listed on our website.

4. Account Cancellation or Suspension:

Tutor Academia reserves the right to permanently cancel or ban your account without any prior notice for any of the following reasons (in such cases, no refund will be applicable):

If you share your account access with anyone else.
If you attempt to pirate website videos or PDFs, or use illegal tools/screen recording apps.
If you behave in an indecent, offensive, or disrespectful manner towards any of our teachers, support team members, admins, or other students.

5. Refund Policy:

6. Modification and Expansion of Services:
